Description/Abstract
The Law Commissions have invited comments on an Issues Paper on fraudulent claims. Although Issues Paper 7 is entitled ‘The Insured’s Post-Contract Duty of Good Faith’, its main topic is fraudulent claims. What follows is a summary with a few comments
