Description/Abstract
Despite educational reforms of recent years, there remains variation between schools, between teachers within schools, and between students from different backgrounds. This report focuses on the concept of the school learning from itself, its best people and its best practices to tackle within-school variation, rather than relying on central guidance, policy and advice.
