NHS Health Scotland in partnership with Childsmile, commissioned the Institute of Social Marketing to design and implement research to inform the Childsmile communication strategy, including social marketing campaigns, designed to promote the Childsmile programme.
Two exercises were completed: a literature review and primary research with key stakeholders. This report comprises the review of literature.
