Description/Abstract
Recent results on adaptive iterative learning control for linear plants are given. The use of high gain feedback is reviewed and a full proof of the convergence of a `Universal' adaptive scheme based on high gain concepts is given. By an extension to a standard adaptive control design, and by incorporating continuous learning along each path, it is shown how minimum phase and relative degree assumptions can be further relaxed.
