Description/Abstract
The University of Southampton, UK has pioneered two techniques for the identification of plastics. Wolfson Electrostatics.....invited the Department of Textiles, University of Huddersfield, to take part in collaborative research to develop further the use of the techniques in the identification of textiles..... The first investigation using electrostatic techniques for distinguishing between samples of fabric containing different fibres......is covered in this article.
