Description/Abstract

The spontaneous Brillouin spectrum of an aluminosilicate fiber shows two distinct peaks. Respective linewidths exhibit strain coefficients of 0.0204±0.0043MHz/με and 0.02374±0.0053MHz/με and temperature coefficients of −0.66±0.2447MHz/°C and 0.50±0.1459MHz/°C
