Description/Abstract
This book has been written to provide a down-to-earth step-by-step manual for clients, consultants, costructors and specialists; indeed, for everyone in the construction supply chain. In addition it includes a detailed template of model heads of terms on which to base a multi-party partnering contract. It is also intended to act as a focus for pooling knowledge and experience of the process and will be updated in the light of such feedback.
