La Normandie au XVe siècle: l’occupation militaire d’Henri V et le contrôle des garnisons
This paper considers the nature of the English presence in Normandy in the fifteenth century, looking at the vocabulary used by English and French, as well as the institutions established by Henry V and his successors. Particular emphasis is given to Henry V’s recreation of the duchy of Normandy (1417-20) and the impact of the treaty of Troyes. The careers of those Englishmen who served in the duchy are also considered.

Abstract
