Microscopic behaviour of traffic at a three-staged signalised intersection
This paper reports the behaviour of traffic flow at signalize intersections with mixed traffic in Beijing. The research is based on the survey data collected by using a digital video camera and computer video analyzing method. Research reveals the microscopic behaviour and conflict of left turning and straight traffic under the control of three-staged signal lights.

Abstract

This paper reports the behaviour of traffic flow at signalize intersections with mixed traffic in Beijing. The research is based on the survey data collected by using a digital video camera and computer video analyzing method. Research reveals the microscopic behaviour and conflict of left turning and straight traffic under the control of three-staged signal lights.
