Description/Abstract
Through Transport Mutual Insurance Association (Eurasia) Ltd v New India Assurance Co Ltd (The Hari Buhm) [2004] EWCA Civ 1598 the Court of Appeal held that, while the arbitration proceedings would not be stayed, they would not be protected by an anti-suit injunction against parallel proceedings in another jurisdiction
