Description/Abstract
Discusses the work of the Comite Maritime International (CMI): (1) with UNCITRAL on issues of transport law; (2) with IMO on ports and places of refuge; (3) on criminal offences committed on the high seas; and (4) on preparations for the Diplomatic Conference on the Revision of the Athens Convention Relating to the Carriage of Passengers and their Luggage by Sea 1974.
