Linked Data: Publishing and Consuming on the Semantic Web
Tim Berners-Lee has said that Linked Data is "the Semantic Web done right, and the Web done right". This seminar will introduce the concepts of Linked Data, and how it supports objectives of the Semantic Web. Having examined the key ideas and technologies, we show how they have been realised in practice through services provided by the team at Southampton, and how they are used by different clients.

Abstract

Tim Berners-Lee has said that Linked Data is "the Semantic Web done right, and the Web done right".
