Description/Abstract

This paper outlines the development of information literacy skills for Politics students at the University of Southampton. It outlines the model used with competency statements mapped to learning outcomes for each year of study. There is a description of learning activities and assessment practice. Drivers for change and the impact on library staff development are discussed.
