Reliability analysis of electronic equipment subjected to shock and vibration, a review

Reliability analysis of electronic equipment subjected to shock and vibration, a review
Reliability analysis of electronic equipment subjected to shock and vibration, a review
This paper is the result of a thorough literature review of the current state of the art of electronic reliability analysis; it looks at the broad variety of different classes of method available (Handbook, Test data, Field data and Physics of Failure) and also provides a more in-depth review in each of these different methods. It is a useful starting point for anyone new to the subject. Note: this paper focuses on vibration and shock reliability and does not consider thermal failures.
