New technique for fabrication of surface relief Ti-indiffused LiNbO3 waveguides
New technique for fabrication of surface relief Ti-indiffused LiNbO3 waveguides
Surface relief gratings have been applied to Ti indiffused lithium niobate channel waveguides by a simple two step process which combines optical (ultra violet) and chemical etching. The method is insensitive to the crystallographic orientation of the material.
