Discussing diabetes
The Diabetes UK Annual Professional Conference will be held in Glasgow from 20 to 22 April. This meeting attracts over 3000 delegates from diverse health professions involved in the care of patients with diabetes as well as industrial partners. It provides plenty of opportunity to meet with colleagues and share information and ideas about the latest developments in the science and clinical care of diabetes. It also hosts an exhibition of over 50 exhibitors, including pharmaceutical companies and voluntary organizations. Almost 400 abstract posters will be on display and there will be a banquet on Thursday night. All this will ensure an event with something for everyone.
