Numerical simulation of whistler triggered VLF emissions observed in Antarctica
Using a Vlasov HYbrid Simulation code the work numerically models whistler triggered VLF emissions observed at British Antarctic Survey base Halley Bay. The code successfully simulated VLF emissions triggered from the top and from the bottom of the whistler trace. Agreement with observations was generally good.
