Pseudo-likelihood and quasi-likelihood estimation for complex sampling schemes

Pseudo-likelihood, quasi-likelihood, and weighted least squares procedures for fitting generalized linear models to data generated by complex sampling schemes are considered. These procedures are illustrated using Family Expenditure Survey data.
