The article offers opinions on position papers submitted to the Commission on the Limits of the Continental Shelf (CLCS or Commission) regarding Article IV of the Antarctic Treaty. The November 2004 submission of Australia to the CLCS includes a region of prolongation of the landmass of the Australian Antarctic Territory (AAT). Norway's May 4, 2009 submission in respect to Dronning Maud Land is identical to Australia's request. New Zealand's submission in April 2006 has no reference to or information on the Ross Dependency.
