insurance, shed some light on the views of the main stakeholders in the market, and what direction the Law Commissions are likely to take. The symposium covered the June 2012 consultation paper on the Business Insured’s Duty of Disclosure and the Law of Warranties, as well as the December 2011 consultation paper on Post Contract Duties and other Issues
