In the spring of 2009 Goodwin Development Trust(GDT), a social enterprise based in Hull, began a unique and ambitious project to implement restorative approaches across the organisation. In partnership with the University of Hull, the Trust was also awarded a research grant from the Big Lottery Fund to undertake a 2 year study of the experience of implementing restorative approaches.
