A case study of a certification process: the University of Coimbra
The current presentation focuses on the case study of a quality certification project implementation, in accordance with standard NP EN ISO 9001:2000. This project was implemented in the Central Support Services of a Portuguese Public University, the University of Coimbra.
As a project of organisational change, which is guided towards strategic objectives to improve the internal movement of autonomic tension and Faculty decentralisation, the approach intends to reflect upon a management double perspective: at the executive management level of a project and at the level of strategic management of change.
