FWM-based wavelength conversion in a silicon germanium waveguide
We demonstrate four-wave mixing based wavelength conversion of 40 Gbaud DPSK and QPSK signals in a 2.5-cm long silicon germanium waveguide with a nonlinearity coefficient of 25.8/W/m.
