ZBB reincarnated and the specification of a zero-based approach to corporate environmental activity budgeting
ZBB reincarnated and the specification of a zero-based approach to corporate environmental activity budgeting
The paper examines a radical new potential application of ZB principles - in the context of corporate environmental activity budgeting (CEAB). This represents an attempt to construct a framework that investigates the possibilities that might exist to apply ZBB to organisations’ environmental expenditure planning programmes, against the background of their attempts to achieve a more sustainable mode of corporate existence.
