Highlights of EULAR 2014 from a health professional view
This presentation highlights some of the key innovative work carried out and presented at EULAR 2014 by European Health Professionals. This invited key note presentation shows the links between self management approaches and real improvements in outcome for people with arthritis. It highlights the key role that working alongside patients at the start of their treatment plays in ensuring that outcomes are realistic and meaningful for the people we aim to serve. The presentation demonstrates the connections we hold across Europe and the opportunities for further clinical research to continue to improve evidence based practice for people with arthritis.
