We report a single-frequency, kilohertz-linewidth (<2.5kHz), 30cm-long Raman distributed-feedback fiber laser with unidirectional output. The threshold power, slope efficiency and maximum output power are observed to be ~980mW, 7.7% and 296mW respectively.

Abstract
