Parametric fluorescence in periodically poled LiNbO3 buried waveguides
We report on the periodic poling of LiNbO3 buried waveguides fabricated by reverse proton exchange. We evaluate their linear and nonlinear quadratic properties with the aid of parametric fluorescence.
