### Readme for Supplementary Materials for ‘Design of Factorial Experiments in Blocks and Stages’ ###

This zipped folder contains the supplementary materials for the thesis 'Design of Factorial Experiments in Blocks and Stages' by Emily Matthews, which was submitted for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy in July 2015. These supplementary materials are the plots (saved as pdf files) which are used to assess the fit of the models in Chapter 5, and the convergence of the Markov chain Monte Carlo (MCMC) samples in Chapter 4 and 5, of the aforementioned thesis. 

Some of the plots contained within this zipped folder are given as examples in Appendix B and C of the aforementioned thesis. Each subfolder within this folder contains a readme document which discusses the subfolder's contents and provides a list of which plots are used as examples.
