Advanced optical signal processing applications based on parametric effects
Some recent experiments exploiting both phase-sensitive and phase-insensitive parametric effects for the processing of fast communication signals encoded with advanced modulation formats will be reviewed in this talk. Prospects and challenges will be discussed.
