Description	: This excel sheet contains the simulation results of the photonic crystal (PhC) using Si (111) planes, as well as conventional circular PhCs. The 'Design Parameters' tab contains the parameters (lattice period (a) and length of lattice point (l)) for each lattice configuration to achieve largest band gap. The 'H1 Cavity', 'L3 Cavity' and 'H0 Cavity' tab contains performance parameters (Q value (Q), modal volume (V) and ratio of Q/V) of a H1, L3 and H0 cavity inside the PhC respectively, optimised to ~1550nm.
