Description ------------ The raw data was recorded in June 2008 by Prof. P. Newland at the University of Southampton. This particular subset has been used by Alicia Costalago Meruelo in the ANN modelling presented in the paper with DOI: 10.1016/j.neunet.2015.12.002. Size ----- 44.8 Mb Platform --------- The recomended platform is Matlab, snce the data was recorded thorugh Matlab. However, any similar platform is valid. Major Component Description ---------------------------- The file is a zip file containing 5 different recordings from 5 different animals. Each recording is the response of the FETi motor neuron of an Animal to a 5 Hz stimulus in the FeCO apodeme over 40 seconds. Each recording contains two sets, one called "loggedData" and one called "Time". "loggedData" contains the input and output of the responses of the FETi, while "Time" contains a time vector for the recordings. The recordings contain 4 channels, two of which are empty for this particular recording. These channels are syncronised, i.e. they have been recorded simultaneously. Channel 1: Input to the shaker stimulating the FeCO apodeme (or output of the amplifier) Channel 2: Noise (Empty) Channel 3: Noise (Empty) Channel 4: FETi response to the input. The response contains an adaptation period of approximately 10 seconds and a Steady State of approximately 30 seconds.
