A Drop Shape Analysis System (DSA 30 Kruss Co., Germany) was employed for still images capture and contact angle calculations. A polynomial function was fitted to the two 3-phase sections of the profile in the region of the baseline. Every measurement was repeated three times and the average value was calculated.All measurements were taken at the centre of the FR-4 substrates under constant and controlled laboratory conditions.
