Columes H–J: normalized data from Columes B–D
Colume K: Average of Columes H–J
Colume F: Standard deviation of Columes H–J.


On Excel(.xlsx) data from osmotic response assays:

Colume A: time (min)
Columes B–D: light scattering intensity (measured using a fluorimeter, ex600_em600) at the time given in Colume A from different repeats
Columes E–G: light scattering intensity (measured using a fluorimeter, ex600_em600) after addition of prodigiosin (and monensin in some cases) from different repeats
Columes H–J: normalized data from Columes B–D
Colume K: Average of Columes H–J
Colume F: Standard deviation of Columes H–J
