The "movie.zip" file contains the high-speed camera movies showing the ripples phenomenon on S. mutans, S. epidermis and P. aeruginosa biofilms when exposed to high-velocity microsprays and air jets.
The "Origin files.zip" contains the data abtained from the analysis of the movies using Fiji ( ripples velocity, FFT and mathematical modelling).
The "CONFOCAL files.zip" contains the confocal images of the biofilm samples before the exposure to the microsprays.
The "SEM files.zip" contains SEM images of the biofilm samples before and after the exposure to the microsprays.
