On Monday 13th July, Eleanor Quince was interviewed by Louisa Hannan for BBC Radio Solent’s Drive Time show about the launch of the interactive website for her AHRC-funded Antique Dealers project. Eleanor talked about the scope of the project – mapping antique dealers trading across the UK during the C20th – and the help the project needs from the general public. The project team are inviting members of the public to contribute information to the website using a ‘get involved’ form. The idea is to get more detail on dealers operating locally and also to locate dealers who might not be listed elsewhere.
