Data in support of 'Characterization of the watercress (Nasturtium officinale R. Br.; Brassicaceae) transcriptome using RNASeq and identification of candidate genes for important phytonutrient traits linked to human health
The watercress transcriptome was described in this manuscript for the first time through de novo RNASeq data assembly (Trinity), annotation, and differential expression analysis. These tables contain the data produced by the above analysis. Specifically: Supplement Table 1 compiles loci annotation and differential expression results, whereas Supplement Table 2 and 3 contain the raw expression data used in differential expression analysis for plant antioxidant capacity and glucosinolate content respectively.
