The archive contains a number of files, listed as follows.




2. "Data_FPTD.mat" is a matlab data file storing the BER results for the floating-point FPTD.


3. "Data_IFPTD.mat" is a matlab data file storing the BER results for the fixed-point FPTD.


4. "Data_IFPTD_2.mat" is a matlab data file storing the BER results for the fixed-point FPTD.


5. "P1e-3_bounds.mat" is a matlab data file storing several error correction capability bounds.


6. "P1e-3_LTE.mat" is a matlab data file storing the error correction capability of the LTE turbo code.


7. "BER_FFPTD_IFPTD.m" plots a BER figure comparing the floating-point FPTD and the fixed-point FPTD.


8. "BER_IBCJR_vs_IFPTD.m" plots a BER comparison between the fixed-point FPTD and the benchmarker Log-BCJR turbo decoder (DOI: 10.1109/ReConFig.2013.6732316).


9. "BER_IFPTD_Ns.m" plots BERs of the fixed-point FPTD for different LTE frame lengths.

10. "plot_TurboCode_bounds" plots the error correction capability of the LTE turbo code, compared with different error correction capability bounds.
