Data is described in README_all.txt. This file describes the nomenclature of the .dat files for the example of Ge,thick,E.dat. 'Ge' determines data for a germanium carrier, 'thick' refers to a 6.4micron thick SU-8 donor, 'E' refers to an experiment where energy/power/fluence was varied. For file names not containing 'E', time delay was varied. 'F_th' refers to data captured for a fluence just above threshold, 'F_high' refers to data captured for a fluence of 1J/cm^2.

All .dat files are contained in the spreadsheet of the .opj (Origin) project file.
