The zip file contains experimental data for the paper. In particular, Figures 1-3 show the modification of fused silica, high-silica porous glass and silica aerogel modification by ultrafast laser pulses. The modification was performed in stationary regime. Micro-explosion theory was used. Figures 4-6 show the dynamic modification regime. Figure 5 gives the scanning electron microscopy images.
