Mode-selective spectrally-cleaned-up microbottle resonator laser
Mode-selective spectrally-cleaned-up microbottle resonator laser
Yb3+-doped microbottle resonator lasers are fabricated, and two techniques are employed to clean up the dense spectra and achieve single mode robust lasing. It is shown that specific lasing modes can be selected by modifying the excitation conditions.
