Broadly tunable solid microbottle resonator
Highly tunable solid microbottle resonator (MBR) is demonstrated with Q reaching 105. MBR-WGM spectrum was cleaned-up by evanescently coupling on different positions of a microtapered fiber. The mechanical tuning of 3.71 nm on the traced MBR-WGMs corresponds to ~0.9 FSR resonance shift.
