Data are organised into directories named after the figure they pertain to.

"Figure-2/": Spectra contained within one file file. Note: please use frequencies associated with each spectrum.

"Figure-3/": File "OSNR-curves.dat" contains the data relevant to Figure 3-b.

"Figure-4/": This directory contains three files.
In the following, "Column 1" is considered the first/leftmost column in each of the csv.

File 1: "no-ase-vary-phase-figs-a-c.dat": Contains data for Figures 4(g)-4(i) "Phase noise varied, no additional ASE".
To recreate: subfigure (d): Plot Columns 3,6 and 9 on the y-axis against Column 3 on x-axis.
To recreate: subfigure (e): Plot Columns 2,5 and 8 on the y-axis against Column 3 on x-axis.
To recreate: subfigure (f): Plot Columns 1,4 and 7 on the y-axis against Column 3 on x-axis.

File 2: "no-phase-noise-added-ase-varied-figs-d-f.dat": Contains data for Figures 4(g)-4(i) "ASE varied, but no additional phase noise added".
To recreate: subfigure (d): Plot Columns 3,6 and 9 on the y-axis against Column 1 on x-axis.
To recreate: subfigure (e): Plot Columns 2,5 and 8 on the y-axis against Column 1 on x-axis.
To recreate: subfigure (f): Plot Columns 1,4 and 7 on the y-axis against Column 1 on x-axis.

File 3: "fixed-additional-ase-vary-phase-figs-g-i.dat": Contains data for Figures 4(g)-4(i) "Phase noise varied, fixed additional ASE added".
To recreate: subfigure (g): Plot Columns 3,6 and 9 on the y-axis against Column 3 on x-axis.
To recreate: subfigure (h): Plot Columns 2,5 and 8 on the y-axis against Column 3 on x-axis.
To recreate: subfigure (i): Plot Columns 1,4 and 7 on the y-axis against Column 3 on x-axis.

"Figure-5/": Contains data corresponding to the BER curves and their fits in Figure 5(b). Each BER curve is placed in a separate file, along with its corresponding fitting data.
Files "unregen-no-noise.dat" and "regen-no-noise.dat" contain the BER data before and after regeneration, respectively, when no additional noise is added.
This corresponds to the case where InputMagNoise = 5 %rms and InputPhaseNoise = 3 deg. rms.

Files "unregen-phase-noise-added.dat" and "regen-phase-noise-added.dat" contain the BER data before and after regeneration, respectively, when the signal has been contaminated with phase noise only.
This corresponds to the case where InputMagNoise = 5 %rms and InputPhaseNoise = 8 deg. rms.

Files "unregen-ASE+phase-noise-added.dat" and "regen-ASE+phase-noise-added.dat" contain the BER data before and after regeneration, respectively, when the signal has been contaminated with both ASE and phase noise.
This corresponds to the case where InputMagNoise = 13 %rms and InputPhaseNoise = 10 deg. rms.
