Wavelength conversion of 16-QAM signals in a Si- Rib waveguide
Wavelength conversion of 16-QAM signals in a Si- Rib waveguide
FWM-based wavelength conversion of a 10 Gbaud 16-QAM signal is demonstrated in a nonlinear silicon rib waveguide with an OSNR penalty of only 1.4 dB.
