This dataset includes all flow cytometry FCS files, MATLAB-converted impedance cytometry files, quantitative RT-PCR EDS files and ALP and DNA quantification data (summarised in an excel file) for all analysed samples used to generate the Figures of the article "Size and Dielectric Properties of Skeletal Stem Cells Change Critically After Enrichment and Expansion from Human Bone Marrow: Consequences for Microfluidic Cell Sorting" published in the Journal of the Royal Society Interface.
