Optical amplifiers for space division multiplexing (SDM)
Space division multiplexing (SDM) is one of the promising approaches to further increase the transmission capacity of optical fiber. In this talk, we will focus on the recent progresses on the SDM amplifiers and SDM components. Especially, recently developed fully integrated SDM amplifiers and SDM optical isolators will be discussed in detail.
