Paper relates to the measurement of the velocity distribution of atoms within a laser-cooled sample by the means of atom interferometry. These data ("output 1,2,3" columns) are repeat measurements of the fraction of atoms in the upper energy state upon varying the time separation between interferometer pulses ("t [ns]" column) with ("velocimetry_quadrature.csv") and without ("velocimetry_in_phase.csv") a pi/2 phase shift between pulses. A Fourier transform of the averaged data in the "mean" columns was used to determine the velocity distribution.
