All-optical TDM data demultiplexing based on a highly nonlinear fiber Kerr gate using a linearly chirped rectangular control pulse
We experimentally demonstrate an OTDM demultiplexer based on a fiber Kerr gate which uses a linearly- chirped rectangular control pulse generated by shaping a spectrally broadened pulse with a fiber Bragg grating. Error- free, 40Gbit/s to 10Gbit/s demultiplexing is successfully achieved.

Abstract
