Data for Probing Excitons, Trions and Dark Excitons in Monolayer WS2 using Resonance Raman Spectroscopy
The folder published here contains the raw experimental data obtained during resonance Raman spectroscopy measurements on monolayer WS2 flakes. For a complete discussion of the results and techniques used see paper for more details. The first spreadsheet in the dataset is named "RRS_Spectra" and contains the resonance Raman spectra obtained for 4K to 295K, which have been corrected for spectrometer efficiency (corrections for REF not applied to this data). The second spreadsheet named "Supp_Figures" then contains the data used to produce all of the figures contained in the supplementary information Figures S1-S11.
