High-peak-power, high-efficiency, frequency doubled and quadrupled Thulium fiber laser
We report frequency doubling and quadrupling of a short-pulsed (~80 ps) thulium-doped fiber laser, generating 976-nm and 488-nm wavelengths with peak powers of 34 kW and 10 kW, at conversion efficiencies of 75% and 22%, respectively.
