This personal essay was listed by its editor as one of the three best she published on LitHub in 2017. Prompted by the discovery that I had reached the same age as Virginia Woolf's character, I circle around interpretations of 'Mrs. Dalloway' in my many years of reading the novel, and what the book means to me personally and as a writer. It is a creative output of the type I teach in HUMA3011/6015 Narrative Non-Fiction, and feeds into the potential Text/Image impact study within Humanities.
